Do you already have a list of your assets in a spreadsheet? Then you already have what you need to get started! After assigning the tags, simply plug-in trackers to your vehicles and in your warehouses, and attach tags to your equipment. It will then monitor your assets' locations for you, inventory and asset tracking becomes automated so you can focus on running your business while effortlessly keeping track of everything.

Do I need handheld readers or antenna portals to capture RFID signals?

No! We DO NOT require scanners or antenna portals for our system to be effective. We use a specially designed long-range tag and a high output receiver (RFID & GPS capable) for increased reliability.

Once set up, the Overview system requires no human interaction to work. No manual logging, no handheld scanners, no barcodes.

Easy To Use

On the map “Jobsites” are locations that are automatically created when a cluster of tags remain on the field. You can add multiple jobsites, disable them, and add categories and notes. Easily find the information you need, filter and view asset/vehicle/jobsite history and reports, and manage your account and user access. You can also export all data to MS Excel or PDF.

We arrange the data, and you receive the most up-to-date information directly in your web browser.

The Logikos Overview servers, hosted on AWS, store all the location data of your assets, including the most recent known location of each tracker and tag. This information is then merged with the details you input about your assets and locations. To stay updated with the latest location information for your vehicles and equipment, simply log into the Logikos Overview portal.

Overview tracks important business locations, such as job sites or temporary storage areas. Simply enter a location using the web interface, and Overview will display it on your map and monitor all equipment going to and from that location. When a job is finished, Overview will remove it from the map but will still keep it in storage in case you need it later. Click on any item on the map to see its status and inventory. Easily switch between map view and list view, filter by equipment type, generate a job site summary, or export an equipment history report to PDF, and more.

Will Overview know when equipment is left at a job site, even if I don't have job site trackers?

Yes!  Overview tracks your assets and knows when equipment has been left at one of your job sites, even if you only have trackers installed in your vehicles.

When a tagged asset is not within range of a Tracker, the system will pinpoint that asset at its last known location. If an asset from a Tracker equipped vehicle is dropped off at a non-designated or unapproved location, the system highlights the asset and provides its location. When equipment is left behind at a job site the system will highlight that asset at that location.
